How does this work?
Once you receive the invoice for services either electronically or by mail, you can make payments on our website through Paypal Business Services.
What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover , and most major credit credit cards.
Is there a fee for this?
No, not to the end user. When paying with a credit card, it does cost our company 2.9% to 3.5% depending on the type of card used for payment, in addition to a $0.30 per transaction fee. If you are using your Paypal account to make the payment, the cost to us is a $0.30 transaction fee and no interest on the payment. If you need assistance setting up a Paypal Business account, please let us know.
Keep in mind that we always prefer payment via check as this does not cost us a fee and we get the full billed amount for the services we provide. We do everything we can to keep our cost down to be competitive with other businesses in our industry and reduce the need to increase our labor rates but do understand that sometime business cash flow requires payments with a credit card as a line of credit for operating budget.
When I process the payment through Paypal how do you know that I paid?
In the free text fields above the Paypal Pay Now button, enter in your Company name and Invoice number in the designated fields, but we should not have an issue identifying the payer of the invoice. Also make sure that you print out the payment once processed on the site for your records, if you prefer.
